Our company can offer you pine timber and cutting board grade 2/3.
The difference between 2 and 3 grade at the rate of a knots: 
Grade 2 - knots up to 3...7 cm. 
Grade 3 - a little knots to 0,5...3cm.
If you need a construction timber, this grade 2/3 mix only. 

Tolerance 0...+2mm and Length 0...+5mm
All our production with Air Dry AD=16...18%.
